Ruffled Crystal Quartz Ring
The Ruffled Crystal Quartz Ring includes several favorite techniques, beginning with my ‘lifted & layered’ technique, which adds depth and dimension to the ring’s overall appearance. I have used 2 layers of sterling silver, once soldered, were each individually hand ruffled. The focal consists of a scalloped bezel set 24x20mm faceted Crystal Quartz cab, at it’s widest points. I handpicked a small group of these beautiful cabs, from a favorite vendor at the Pueblo Gem Show in Tucson, during the Gem & Jewelry Show, in 2018.
This ring has a double half-round wire band which measures a size 7-1/2. Please note that this is what might be considered a wide band, as it measures approximately 6mm.
